About Us

Elizabeth Osborne, CPA, M.S. Taxation
 

Elizabeth is a certified public accountant, licensed to practice in the state of California.  She has been working in the tax field since 1993, specializing in California income and franchise taxation.  Elizabeth holds a Master of Science-Taxation degree from California State University, Hayward.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Hayward.

She is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.  

 

Elizabeth founded Osborne Accountancy Corporation in Davis, California in 2008.  Prior to opening the firm, Elizabeth spent her career as an auditor at the State of California Franchise Board.  She also worked for a national big four accounting firm in Sacramento, California and as an adjunct faculty member at Solano Community College in Fairfield, California.
